If you are not seeing students you need in the system, submit a Solutions Hub ticket to SolutionsHub@dmu.edu requesting accounts for a cohort of students. Normally we can process the initial account creation within 48 hours with student images taking up to a week to load.

Student Records imported into our system contain the student’s name, email address, and photo by default. All students are automatically assigned the role and rank as defined in the chart below. DO students will not have their photos added until they are ready to be promoted to Trainee.

Students are assigned to their “Class of [Graduation year]” group when they are first added to E*Value. This group is not automatically maintained in E*Value by the student information system and should not be used as a primary source for this information.
