Application Overview: Resource Scheduler

Resource Scheduler is DMU's solution for reserving campus spaces and has replaced Meeting Room Manager. It may be used to search for and find available spaces, view their details and reserve them for required meetings and events. The application comprises a Web interface and Outlook add-in and is available to all members of the DMU community. Authentication is performed via Single Sign-On (SSO) with your DMU credentials.

You can access Resource Scheduler in multiple ways:

  1. The Resource Scheduler Web Interface
  2. The Resource Scheduler Outlook add-in (automatically installed on faculty and staff computers).  Please note that the add-in is not available on Mac devices.  Mac users may use the Resource Scheduler web interface
  3. The NowSpace mobile app
