Solution: Acrobat Pro - Sign In Prompt
Is Adobe Acrobat 2020 prompting you to sign in? You can resolve this by Uninstalling and Reinstalling Adobe Acrobat 2020.
*You must be on Campus or VPN to complete these steps.
Click START
Type Software Center and press Enter
In Software Center, find Applications (left menu)
In Applications, find the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and click it.
Click Uninstall.
This will take about 10-15 minutes to finish and may prompt for a reboot when complete.
- Once complete, clicking on Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 in software center will not provide the option to Install.
When you see it say Install (not uninstall) reboot your computer if you were not previously prompted.
After reboot, repeat these steps but choose Install.
- This will take about 10-15 minutes.
After the install attempt to open Adobe Acrobat Pro. If you are still prompted with sign in contact the Solutions Hub.
