Note: The steps below can only be accomplished by a CourseLeaf Admin (Please work with the Office of Academic Affairs or ITS to complete these steps).

1. Navigate to the CourseLeaf Admin Console: https://nextcatalog.dmu.edu/courseleaf/
2. On the left hand side, select TOC Editor
3. In the pop-up window, select the content desired (Example Des Moines University - Handbook for most current Handbook version).
4. At the bottom, select Generate Draft PDF
5. This will open a browser window and can take up to 30 minutes to generate.  When done, it will display a link that will open the PDF in another browser window.  From here, it can be downloaded and saved as desired.
