Article to address an issue where replying to any email in the inbox automatically appends the individual in the "to" field of the email.  If not caught, this will send an email to yourself repeatedly until addressed.  An example of the error is shown in the screen shot below, along with corresponding instructions on how to fix it.  If issues persist after running through the instructions listed, please reach out to the Solutions Hub.

To correct this issue, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click Start.
2. Type in "Add or remove programs" without quotations.
3. Hit Enter.
4. Navigate to Microsoft Office 365 and click on it.
5. Select Modify.
6. Click Yes on the confirmation prompt.
7. Select Quick Repair and click the Repair button.
8. Once the Office Repair has finished, restart your computer and check to see if the program was resolved.  If issues persist, repeat these steps and select Online Repair instead of Quick Repair.
