Viewing Room Calendars

Instructions
- Open your Outlook calendar.
- From the top toolbar, click Add Calendar and then select From Room List...
- Scroll down or search for the room you want. Double-click the desired room to add it to the "Rooms" selection at the bottom of the window and click OK.
Tip: If you're having trouble finding the desired room, change the Search option at the top to "All columns" and try your search again. Also use the full room number in your search (i.e. "E4320" instead of "320"). - The selected room calendar will open momentarily. If you don't see any meetings on the calendar, give it a minute to make sure it has finished loading.
[Note: Most employees do not have permission to open room calendar appointments to view full details, but you can mouse over an appointment to view the full title with date and time.]
Helpful Tips
- After you've opened a room calendar once, it will appear in the left side panel under your "Rooms" list. Just click the room name to select it and open the calendar.
- You can also create groups to organize calendars. Right-click an existing group name (for example, "Rooms") and select New Calendar Group.
