Available Spaces at the DMU Campus

Our DMU Campus at 8025 Grand Ave. in West Des Moines has a wide variety of spaces available.  The information below provides you with an overview of approvals and conditions for each room.  Reservations may only be requested within 90 days of today’s date for learning studios and the private dining rooms.  All other meeting rooms may be requested within 365 days of today's date. This includes recurring meetings--reservation acceptance emails will indicate the date range for which your recurring meeting has been approved.  (*If you need to request a reservation in a learning studio or private dining room more than 90 days in the future, please contact facilitiesmanagement@dmu.edu.) Please note: DMU students will be able to utilize Outlook to book Wellbeing Rooms.  All student organizations/student-sponsored events requesting meeting space must complete the Event Request form on Anthology. Student leaders who have been trained on the technology in the learning studios are permitted to use the technology for club, organizations, and SGA meetings. Rooms that are open are permitted to be used on a first come first served basis for student study. Students are not able to reserve learning studios, labs, or meeting rooms.
