Docking Station Troubleshooting
This Article will provide basic troubleshooting steps that can be easily completed by you from the comfort of your office.
* If you have a Targus Docking Station, ensure the power light is on. The power light is located on the bottom right of the docking station. If it is off, press the power button on top of the docking station to turn your docking station on.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Confirm docking station power light is on and your monitors are turned on.
- Try connecting to a different USB-C port on your laptop.
- Try turning the USB-C cable upside down and reconnecting.
- Try rebooting your laptop.
- Try removing then reinsterting the power cable from the docking station.
Docking Station is Charging the Laptop but Both Monitors are Not Working
