How To: Turn Off and On Receiving Calls in a Shared Line Group or Call Queue If you are a member of a shared line Group, you can turn on and off your ability to receive calls for all of your shared line groups in Zoom Settings. You may want to do this if the shared line group primarily rings group phones, you are going to be out of office, or you need to not be disturbed by the shared line calls for a period of time. There are two options for turning off shared lines for your account. From dmuedu.zoom.us site - From the Zoom site you can only toggle all shared lines at once. From the Zoom Workplace app - The Zoom app allows you to toggle individual shared line groups and call queues off and on. Turn on/off Shared Line Calls from the Zoom website Open your Zoom App and click your profile icon in the top right corner. Select Settings and then select view more settings. This will open a browser window where you can access additional Zoom settings. Choose Phone on the left Menu Choose Settings from the top Menu. Then Scroll down to Memberships Toggle on or off Receive Calls from Shared Line Groups. Turn on/off Shared Line Calls from the Zoom Workplace app Open the Zoom Workplace App. Click on your profile icon. Select Receive shared calls Toggle on or off the ability to receive calls from specific Shared Line Groups or call queues.
