By default, your Zoom desktop client will automatically share your whole desktop when you share to a Zoom Room. If desired, you can change your Zoom settings to show you all sharing options if you want to share only a specific file or application.

1. Open your Zoom desktop client and make sure you're signed in.
2. Click your initials or profile picture from the top-right corner and then select Settings.
3. Select Share Screen from the left side menu.
4. Beneath the "When I share directly to a Zoom Room" header, select Show all sharing options.
