This article will instruct you how to download your directory photo for use in Zoom or when creating an outlook signature.

1. Browse to Pulse. 
   
   
2. Select Directory in the Navigation Menu.
   
   
   
3. On the directory page type your last name and press enter. If you have a common last name, you can refine your search with first name or department.
   
   
   
4. The directory search results window will open. Find your directory listing.
   
   
   
5. Click on your directory listing and your directory profile will open.
   
   
   
6. Right click on your directory photo and select "save image as."
   
   
   
7. Choose your save location and click save.
   
   
   
8. You now have your directory photo saved to your computer.
