Attendance Scanner Reports [2024 (current version)]

This will walk you through creating and exporting attendance badge reports from the current attendance system, version 2024.
NOTE: This report is for the current attendance system, version 2024. If you are looking for report data from the previous version (version 2) follow the link below:
Generate the Report

Go to the PowerBI Report page:
- General Attendance Report: https://powerbi.dmu.edu/ReportS/report/Legacy/Attendance/AttendanceReport_2024
- SP TimeCard Report: https://powerbi.dmu.edu/ReportS/report/Legacy/Attendance/StandardizedPatientTimeCards

Select the parameters needed:
- Location (location is the dept or area assigned for the attendance device you use)
- Machine (machine is the name of the device or "reader." You can select multiple.)
- Event Date
- Event will be N/A (Events are only used for the Board Meetings reader)
- Click View Report in the upper right-hand corner to view the data.
Export the Report
4. Click the Disk/Export icon > Select the desired format and save when prompted.
