DMU Employee Directory - Application Overview
DMU's Employee Directory is accessible from https://www.dmu.edu/directory/
The directory contains personnel information for all DMU staff and faculty members. A non-authenticated user (i.e. - a visitor) will have access to a subset of directory data while an authenticated user (DMU member) will see additional fields.
Please note: DMU students are included in the Pulse Directory but are not included in this directory.
The following information will be accessible to non-authenticated users:
- Employee First and Last Name
- Employee Picture
- University Title
- University Department
- Additional Roles (if applicable)
- Bio Information (About/Bio, Areas of Expertise, Award and Honors, Board Certifications, Publications and Presentations, Research, etc.)
In addition to the above information, the following additional information will be accessible to authenticated users:
- Campus Building and Office/Workstation Location (if applicable)
- Campus Availability (if applicable)
- Office Phone Number
- Mobile Phone Number (if applicable)
- Work Email
Below is an example of an authenticated user viewing another user's directory profile. Note that Admins have the ability to change profile pictures - this option is not available to standard users when viewing profiles other than their own.
