Check/Install Athena Devices
This will walk you through checking the status and/or installing peripherals to work with Athena.
- Dymo Label Printer
- Ingenico Credit Card Reader

and others.
1. Login to Athena
2. Click the Gear icon and Device Management
3. Ensure the ADM is running. You should see a green circle with a checkmark.
If the ADM is not running:
Open the Start menu and type Athena Device Manager
Click the icon to start the program.
4. Click the INSTALL button on each device you use
- You will receive a prompt that installation is successful
- The status should say “Connected”
