How To: Access the Facilities Management Work Order System

Using the Facilities Management Work Order system, you can make requests for facilities services including doors and hardware, electrical, flooring, furniture, glass/window repair, heating and air conditioning, plumbing and more.

How to Log in

The Facilities Management Work Order system uses single sign on for log in.

At the login screen input your User ID (UPN) into the username field.
For Staff and Faculty, your UPN is used to login to other SSO resources and should be in the format of first initial last name @dmu.edu. Click here for more information on DMU User IDs.
Press Continue
If your login is successful, you will be taken to the Work Order system homepage where you can make a new request or view your existing work orders.
