Overview: Preparing for Accreditation Visit
Do you have an upcoming Accreditation visit and need technology assistance? ITS is here to help!
Each accreditor will have unique needs and requests and may require access to internal applications or reports. This overview will provide guidance on requesting access for these external reviewers.
System Access
Typically, one Solutions Hub Support ticket can be submitted for all accreditor system access needs: Account Request. In this request, please include details regarding specific roles, or privileges required across our systems. These may include Perceptive Content, D2L, Exxat, and Pulse.
If your Accreditor provides documentation on their technology and access needs for their visit, please attach it to the account request.
Reporting
In addition to account access, specialized reporting may be required. Please utilize the Report Request form to begin this process.
Onsite meeting support
If you're accreditors are coming onsite and you're preparing for meetings, you can request AV support from the team using the following request form: AV Support
