Overview: Requesting Purchasing and Project Support from ITS
π₯οΈ How to Request Purchasing and Project Support from ITS
When you need something from ITS, whether it's a new webcam, access to software, or support for a larger initiative, this guide will help you get started quickly and efficiently.
1. Purchasing an Approved Peripheral Device
DMU has an approved list of peripheral devices (webcams, microphones, keyboards, mice, docking stations for home) that do not require a purchase approval. For links to these items and more information, see the following article: Recommended Headsets and Peripherals.
A purchase approval will need to be submitted for all items not on the recommended list.

What to do: Submit a Non-Standard Computer Purchase Request.
-
What we will ask for on the request:
- Requirements
- Budget to be charged
π‘ Tip: Please ensure you have budget approval from your manager prior to submitting the request.

4. Requesting Additional Licenses
Already using software but need more licenses?
