How to: Outlook Shared Inbox Automatic Replies
1.Determine what Shared Mailbox you would like an auto reply created for.
2. Open up Outlook on the Web on a browser of your choice.
3. Sign in, if needed, then click on your profile in the top right (It will either have your initials or photo.)
4. Select "Open Another Mailbox" and type the mailbox you are trying to create an auto reply for.
5. Select the cog wheel in the top right next to your profile picture or intials, then select account and "Automatic Replies".
6. Turn on Automatic Replies and format your message. Click the optional boxes to enable or disable them as needed for your preferences.
