{Admin Only} Admin Mode in CourseLeaf
What is Admin mode?
Admin mode allows administrators the ability to edit and submit content immediately to “Done” status without going through workflow (if there is a workflow). Any pages already in workflow must continue through the approval process until they reach “Done.”
If there is a workflow in place on a page that is currently at rest or hasn’t been submitted, Admin mode bypasses those approval steps and takes the page straight to “Done.” The catalog is switched to Admin mode when no additional review is necessary for pages to be finalized. Pages go to “Done” status, denoted by the green color in the Console’s System Snapshot (thermometer), upon clicking the “Start Workflow” icon in the lower-right corner of each page.
How can I get to Admin mode?
Administrators can turn Admin mode on and off from the Publication Dashboard at https://nextcatalog.dmu.edu/courseleaf/.
