[ITS Information] Workaround - Pulse Advisor Application
ITS has received multiple reports of the Pulse Advisor application failing to load or intermittently encountering errors when submitting notes. We are actively working to resolve the issue; however, we do not currently have an estimated time for resolution.
In the meantime, we recommend composing your advisor notes in a separate application such as Word or OneNote. You can then copy and paste the notes into the Advisor Notes Application and submit. This ensures that if a submission error occurs, your note submission can be retried without loss.
If you choose to retain a copy of your notes after submission, be sure to follow the appropriate data classification requirements.
