Color Coding your Outlook Calendar
Windows OS How to -
Search for the class name using some unique identifiers/Key Words such as "Medical Pharmacology" or "CSIII", anything that makes it unique to all other classes.
CTRL + A or shift + click the first and last of the section.
CTRL + CLICK will remove or add the highlighted event to the group selected.
Right Click and add whatever color you would like.
WARNING: If these events are auto populated, they WILL revert back to the original color they started as. You will need to make a separate calendar on a personal account in order for this to stick as the calendar sync will remove any configurations you've made each night.
MAC OS How To -
Search for the class name using some unique identifiers/Key Words such as "Medical Pharmacology" or "CSIII", anything that makes it unique to all other classes.
Shift + Click the first Event, and the Last Event or use Command + A after selecting an event to select all, then Right-Click>Categorize>Select your color and you can color code them as needed.
Command + Click for Mac; to remove any singular selected events or you can also use this to select multiple.
