How to Get In Person Support at the Solutions Hub
In Person Support Services are available at the Solutions Hub Desk located on the 2nd floor of the Edge of Advancement building. How to Get Support at the Solutions Hub The Solutions Hub utilizes our check-in system for the scheduling of In Person Support Services The Check in system is available via kiosk at the Solutions Hub counter during open hours, or anytime on the Solutions Hub Portal. Service Description Waitlist Booking Service Department Available Hours General Help Unsure who to ask or exactly what type of support you need. This is the service for you! √ √ Information Technology Services 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday In Person Technical Support Get in person support from a Solutions Hub Technician to answer questions about Technology. √ √ Information Technology Services 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday Get Library Help Quick research and resource assistance. Help finding your textbooks, articles, databases, bones, models, study aids, etc. √ Library 7:30AM to 9:00PM Study Skill Students will receive support in identifying study approach gaps and opportunities to improve study efficiency. Recommendations are based on empirically-supported practices that often embed commonly used resources by prior DMU students. √ Academic Support By Appointment Only Accomodations and Temporary Assistance Students may receive information and support in requesting accommodations and/or temporary assistance. √ Accomodations By Appointment Only Consultation for Faculty Faculty can seek 1-on-1 support from specialists regarding teaching initiatives, objective writing, teaching philosophy statements, educational scholarship, etc. √ Academic Support By Appointment Only Board Prep Students from any program can request support in board prep relevant to their program. Though we have substantial experience with COMLEX, USMLE, and APMLE, we would encourage any student with questions to reach out for assistance. √ Academic Support By Appointment Only
