Students scheduled to take a COMSAE exam via Secure Browser should conduct a system check prior to exam time from the device they intend to use for the exam. It is recommended to complete the system check well ahead of your exam date so you have time to address any issues that may surface. Go to comsae.programworkshop.com Click "Check Readiness". Click "Run System Check" and follow the instructions provided to run the check. The system check may take a few minutes to run and then will show you your results. If your results indicate any warnings, follow the recommended steps to resolve or work with the Solutions Hub as needed. Then run the system check again to ensure the warnings have disappeared. Note: Unsupported browser warnings can be ignored if you are taking a Secure Browser exam.

DO students scheduled to take the COMSAE via Secure Browser should download the Secure Browser the day before or morning of the exam to ensure they have the latest version for exam time. Go to https://comsae.programworkshop.com Click "Download Secure Browser". Download the Secure Browser compatible with your operating system. If you don't see it, first click "Show All Platforms" at the top of the page. You do not need to run the downloaded file until exam time, but make a note of where it is saved on your computer.
