Requesting Printer Support or Supplies

Supplies:
Laserfax monitors toner levels and delivers spares to the supply cabinets on each floor when a printer reaches a certain toner threshold.
If you do find you are out of a particular supply such as Toner or Staples and need to order/request additional printing supplies.

Contact Laserfax at 515-226-9957. Be sure to have the customer ID listed on the service tag of the printer.
- If you have an urgent need for Printer supplies, please contact the Solutions Hub. They maintain a limited inventory of supplies for emergency use.
- Old Supplies (Toner, Waste Cartridges, Drums) should be placed in the box of the replacement supply. The Box should be marked as Used and placed near the printer or back in the supply cabinet. Laserfax will periodically collect the spent supply cartridges and return them to Xerox for recycling.
Paper is ordered through Storey Kenworthy by the designated person in your department.
Device issue:
If the printer is in an error state or not working as intended, fill out the Printer Support form linked below. Printer support is provided by either on-site ITS or through the print vendor, Laserfax.
