How To: International Access & Ensuring You Can Access Your DMU Account When Traveling Abroad

Staff and Students are able to access their DMU accounts from most places internationally. When doing so, the standard Multi-Factor Authentication rules will apply.

Restrictions:

There are several countries that have restrictions in place to prevent access. Those countries are:

China
Indonesia
Iran
Nigeria
North Korea
Russia
South Africa
Vietnam

Exceptions:

Students and Staff can be granted exceptions if traveling to these countries. If you are going to or have students going to a country on the restricted list, please notify the Solutions Hub. Provide the name(s), location(s), and time frame.
