Overview: Classroom and Meeting Room Technology Services

Our classroom and meeting spaces across campus offer a variety of technology options to support teaching and learning.
Learning Studios Functionality
All learning studios and labs include the following functionality:
- One-touch Zoom join from Room Controller (supports recording and/or remote participants)
- Share content from room PC, a laptop or tablet
- Annotation monitors at the mobile teaching lectern (except Anatomy)
- Cameras to support in-room recording and web conferencing
- Microphones to support in-room recording and web conferencing
Additional Learning Spaces for Faculty
The Active Learning Practice Lab provides a practice space for faculty training in the use of technology and new instructional practices. The technology in the space includes:
- One ceiling-mounted projector at front of the room
- One-touch Zoom join
- Share content from room PC, a laptop or tablet
- Annotation monitor on teaching station
- 1 camera (w/ pan, tilt, zoom)
- Mobile Lightboard Recording Studio
- Mobile AV Cart can be used in this space
The Studio provides an additional Lightboard Recording Studio
Meeting Room Functionality
All DMU Meeting Rooms are equipped with Zoom Room technology, which includes:
- In-room audio and video (camera, microphone, speaker)
- 1 wall display
- Crestron touch panel with Zoom Room interface
- Wireless content sharing from your laptop or mobile device
