Please report any issues to the Solutions Hub. We appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding as we stabilize our AV systems.
04/03/24: Articulating Arm Camera Failures in I3208
We have an intermittent issue with the articulating arm camera in Clinical Lab 1 losing the image when moved. We are inspecting the video cable, and it will be replaced if necessary. If the issue persists, the camera will be sent to the manufacturer for further troubleshooting.
04/01/24: Lectern USB Hubs Not Reading Flash Drives: We’ve received reports the USB Hubs in the top of learning space lecterns are not reading the presenter content flash drives. This is an intermittent issue, and we are working with our vendor to resolve the problem. If you find your drive not responding while plugged into the USB Hub, insert the drive in the USB port on the back side of the Wacom annotation monitor. Do not attempt to insert the drive into the right monitor in dual monitor equipped spaces.
04/29/24: RESOLVED AV System Controller Not Responding to Commands
The issue where presenters were unable to stop the previous Zoom session using the AV system controller has been resolved. New programming code has been added to alleviate the problem.
04/29/24: RESOLVED Apple Devices Unable to Connect to AirMedia
The problem with apple devices not being able to connect to different Airmedia devices in the same hour has been resolved. Crestron, the manufacturer of Airmedia, released a firmware update that corrected the interactions with the Airmedia App for both Apple OSX and iOS. This firmware has been loaded to all Airmedia devices across campus, tested, and verified as working correctly.
