To change your DMU account password you can utilize the password change feature in Microsoft Office 365.

First login to your DMU Office 365 account.

Forgot Password: If you have forgotten your DMU password, you can reset it by following the steps here: https://dmu.freshservice.com/support/solutions/articles/14000020831

In the upper right hand corner, click the Gear icon.

Select Password (Change your password).

Enter the current password

Create and Confirm a new password

Password requirements are:

• Minimum of ten characters
• Minimum of one upper case letter
• Minimum of one lower case letter
• Minimum of one numeral or one special character
• May not contain your username
• May not be one of the last three passwords

Click Submit

NOTE: Once your password has been changed, it may take up to 30 minutes for it to work on all services that utilize your DMU account.
