If you receive spam calls, you can block phone numbers from either the Zoom desktop client or the Zoom website. You can also manage your blocked settings and blocked list from the Zoom website. Continue reading to learn how.

Block a phone number from the Zoom desktop client

  1. Open the Zoom desktop client and switch to the Phone tab.
  2. Locate the spam number in your History list, move your mouse cursor over the phone number, and click the three dots that appear to the right of the phone number.
  3. Then select Block Number and choose either Spam Calls or Other Reasons, as appropriate (usually Spam Calls).
  4. You'll receive a pop-up notification asking you to confirm.  Click Block.

Block a phone number from the Zoom website

  1. Log in to the Zoom website with your normal DMU credentials.
  2. Select Phone from the left side menu.
  3. Scroll down to the section labeled Blocked List and click View or Edit.
