The Zoom Phone Pin number is used to retrieve your Voicemail. 

Please use the instructions below to find or reset your current pin.

1. In the Zoom desktop application go to the Home Screen.
   
   
2. Click the Settings gear in the top right of your app window.
   

   

3. In the settings window click Phone on the left menu.

   

   
   

   
   

4. Click the link to "access my account online".

   
   

   

   
   

   This will open a browser window and take you directly to the Zoom Phone Settings Page. You may need to Log intoyour DMU Microsoft account if you are not already logged in.

   
   

   
   

5. Scroll down the page until you find the "Pin Code" section.

   
   
   
   

6. Click "Show or Edit" to see or change your Pin Code.
