Sometimes the Poll Everywhere add-in for PowerPoint doesn't load correctly on Windows computers. If you don't see it when you open PowerPoint, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. From the PowerPoint desktop application, go to File > Options. [Note: On a small screen, you may need to select File > More... > Options.]
2. Select the Add-ins option from the left side.
3. At the bottom next to Manage: COM Add-ins, click the Go... button.
   
4. Check the box next to Poll Everywhere.
5. Then click OK.
   
6. You should see a Poll Everywhere tab appear in PowerPoint.
