Attendance Scanner Reports [2024 (current version)]

This will walk you through creating and exporting attendance badge reports from the current attendance system, version 2024.



NOTE:  This report is for the current attendance system, version 2024.  If you are looking for report data from the previous version (version 2) follow the link below:




Generate the Report 

  1. Go to the PowerBI Report page:
    1. General Attendance Report:  https://powerbi.dmu.edu/ReportS/report/Legacy/Attendance/AttendanceReport_2024
    2. SP TimeCard Report: https://powerbi.dmu.edu/ReportS/report/Legacy/Attendance/StandardizedPatientTimeCards
  2. Select the parameters needed:
    1. Location (location is the dept or area assigned for the attendance device you use)
    2. Machine (machine is the name of the device or "reader." You can select multiple.)
    3. Event Date
    4. Event will be N/A (Events are only used for the Board Meetings reader)
  3. Click View Report in the upper right-hand corner to view the data.


Export the Report 

4. Click the Disk/Export icon > Select the desired format and save when prompted.
