Students enrolled in Anatomy have access to a 1 year license to the Visible Body Courseware site. The Courseware site provides access to course assignments, quizzes, grades, and web apps for the school year students are enrolled in Anatomy. With this license, students are able to download mobile versions of Visible Body’s apps to use as references for the remainder of their time at DMU. These apps must be downloaded during their 1 year license to the Visible Body Courseware Site. How to download Visible Body on your mobile device: Log in to Courseware at courseware.visiblebody.com *If not on the DMU Campus, please utilize the following link from the Library Multimedia Page to login: Visible Body Courseware  Select “My Apps” from the menu on the left. Write down the activation credentials (username and password) listed in the “My Mobile Apps” section. You’ll need these to download your apps. Select the appropriate share link for App Store or Google Play and input your email address. Then hit send. Open the share email from the device where you would like to install the app. Click on the link (shown circled in the image below) and follow the steps given in the App Store or Google Play Store. Have your username and password from the My Apps page handy. More about your mobile downloads You may only install each Visible Body app on one device, one time. Check the system requirements to make sure you can use the apps on your device. Each student subscription to Courseware includes access to The course assignments, quizzes, and grades for the courses in which the student is enrolled. Your instructor will send you an invitation link to the Course. Click the link. You may be presented with the Microsoft sign in page to log in with your normal DMU credentials (username@student.dmu.edu), but it may sign you in automatically. Once connected to the course, you will then need to sign in with a Courseware account. If you’ve already created a Courseware account click Sign in! If this is your first time using Courseware, click Sign up! and complete the account creation form.  After creating your account, you should be presented with a page that looks similar to this:  Select Go to your course page to launch the course. Once connected to the Courseware course, we recommend you skip to step #2 of the Getting Started with Student Courseware article from Visible Body Support.

Below are a couple common issues for troubleshooting when students have issues accessing the Visible Body Atlas App. - Students have access to the Visible Body Atlas App during their time at DMU as long as they download the app during their 1st year while they have access to Visible Body Courseware. If they do not get it downloaded in the 1st year they may submit a ticket to the Solutions Hub to regain access. Ed Tech will reach out to Visible Body to get a new code. - The app does still require reauthentication with the Courseware site every 150 days. If you lose access to the app, log in to Courseware at courseware.visiblebody.com .
