Combining and Dividing Divisible Spaces
E4117/E4119 Divisible Learning Studio is equipped with an Air Wall that can be raised or lowered. It requires two people to facilitate this operation. Air Wall Operation 1. Locate the Air Wall controllers on either side of the partition. 2. Touch either one of the controllers to wake it up. When prompted, type in the code 8025 and select the checkmark. 3. On both controllers, touch "Agree" to agree to the safe operation statement. 4. After verifying both sides of the wall is clear of both people and furniture, simultaneously press and hold the up or down arrow on one of the controllers and the round hold button on the other controller. 5. If you need to stop the Air Wall for any reason while it is moving, either person can remove their finger from the controls. When the wall is fully up or in the down position, both people can release. AV System Operation The AV system defaults to divided mode on startup. To switch to combined mode: 1. Touch "Partition" from the left side menu in either Zoom Mode or Flex Mode. 2. Then touch "Combined", followed by "Start". When spaces are combined, the room audio and video will also be combined, and the AV controller in E4117 will control both spaces. And when in divided mode, each room's AV controller will operate independently.

SKIPPS Collaboration Carts
SKIPPS sessions require multiple Collaboration Carts placed strategically across a Learning Studio. Students collaborate at individual tables and share content via AirMedia to their local display, or to the entire room. In some instances, students with MacBooks are unable to connect to the AirMedias. We've found this to be a known issue and are working towards a solution. As a workaround, the devices can be connected directly to the Collaboration Carts using the provided HDMI cable, allowing for local content sharing at the table. If the Mac user needs to share with the entire space, connecting to the lectern HDMI laptop connection is required. Note, not all MacBooks have HDMI ports. Adaptors are available for checkout at the Solutions Hub. Collaboration Carts AirMedia

Logitech Spotlight Presentation Remote
Learning spaces with video wall displays found in E4215, E4117, and E4119, have an advanced "clicker" presentation remote. Traditional clickers equipped with laser pointers do not work with video walls. This advanced clicker provides a spotlight option that darkens the presentation image and circles the point of focus. An alternative spotlight option uses the circle to zoom in on the point of focus. In addition, it has mouse-like cursor control allowing you to use the cursor to play, videos, open links, etc. For a complete description of features, see the link below. Remote Manual
